Meet ladies Guaranteed!

To qualify for £'s or discounts, you must register on our "Earn by Referral" programme. See the "Earn By Referral" link on the left hand side of our website.
If you can not meet ladies following our programme, we will refund your subscription. All we ask is that you follow our programme and guidance. Start by writing to at least 20 ladies, and expect up to 10 responses from interested ladies. If you get less than 10 responses, send extra letters every day, until you find 10 ladies (or more) that agree to meet you. If you plan to meet ladies in say three months, if required, send 1 or 2 extra letters every day. If you plan to meet ladies in one month, , if required, then send 3 or 4 extra letters every day. You will be in full control of how many ladies you meet. The results will be determined by the ladies you choose. We recommend you aim to contact 20 ladies, to be sure you meet 10 ladies. This offer applies to men who write to ladies that live within 50 miles of Kiev, Ukraine. On average men actually meet 80% of the ladies they write to. To be on the safe side we guarantee that you will meet 30% as long as you follow our dating programme.

If you become unemployed or financially insecure which stops you from travelling to see the ladies.
If you cancel your subscription before you have met the ladies.
If for any reason outside the companies control, you are unable to attend the meetings we arrange for you.
If you do not choose ladies that live within 50 miles of Kiev, Ukraine (3.5 hour flight from London).
If you can not afford to accept our full tour support to introduce you to your chosen ladies.
If you do not pay in full for your tour at least 28 days in advance of your tour date.


We reserve the right to amend these terms and exclusions at any time. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If we do not think we can help you, we will tell you and we will cancel your subscription. With regard to any refunds at all, they are at the total discretion of the company. All terms and conditions and exclusions below are also part of this guarantee.

Services provided by the Company and General information:
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. We recommend that you notify the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (www.fco.gov.uk) whenever you travel abroad. It is advisable to notify relatives of your travel plans and keep emergency contact numbers, a copy of your pasport and travel insurance with you at all times. Send us this information as directed below if you use our tours services so we can also help in the unlikely event of an emergency.

We provide a service for adult males to meet adult females. Our dating programme allows ladies and gentlemen to write letters to each other using our website communication system. If a lady has no written English capabilites we may translate her letters to and from her back to the member. Our policy is to encourage ladies to write in English as it is good practice for them. The fee for letters is primarily for the administration involved in sending letters to ladies and contacting them to let them know they have letters. Many ladies do not use email on a regular basis so signifiant time consuming efforts have to be made contacting ladies by teleophone which is costly administration. Ladies direct communications can also be aquired with her consent, after the relevent membership fee is paid in full (See membership pages for full details). You may not include in your member profile or letters any personal contact information such as your telephone numbers or email addresses. You must not include indirect contact information such as other website, other social networking sites, or any websites in your communications. If you want direct contact details of ladies, simply choose the correct membership option. Any provision of direct or indirect contact details in a profile or letters will be regarded as a serious rule breach. Any act contrary to these terms and conditions will result in cancellation of your existing or future membership with no possibility of a refund.

We also offer tour services to help you meet your chosen ladies (See tour pages for full details). We offer a gift delivery service if the distance is feasable / agreed in advance. Ladies may also collect their gifts from our offices. By paying to become a member you are entering into a legally binding contract for the provision of these services. You must be 18 or over to use this service. Most ladies on our site are 18 years old or over. If you have any doubt as to the age of a lady please seek our guidance and support. Note the age of consent to sex in the Ukraine is 18, not 16 as it is in the UK. By using our company services you accept any / all exclusion clauses and disclaimers associated with this company services.

This contract explains very important information for members. "Members" may also be defined as "the client" or "customer" which is any individual using this website. ASA Vantage Romantic Adventures is "the company". Where we refer to ASA Vantage or Romantic Adventures, we are referring to our business "the company". Payment for services including joining the site, writing letters, and / or booking a tour shall represent consent and acknowledgement of all the provisions shown herein. Information here supersedes and takes precedent over any information that may be shown on our website.

Membership of our dating website includes a personal control panel for members. Members get an individual username and password provided for your security and privacy. A members control panel has various sections: account information; favourites; messages; meetings; and a pay in page. The control panal is highly effective to help you organise and store your letters from each lady.

Our discretionary but advisable tour services will help the member meet ladies face to face. Our main tour location is Kiev in Ukraine. Meetings may also be arranged in other cities throughout Central (Eastern) Europe. The tour destinations are selected and agreed before payment is made.

Our tour prices include travel and adhoc expenses for the member and for the lady up to a maximum of 15% of the tour price. The client is in full control of expenses as they are dependent on the clients desires and requirements. If the expenses are likely to be more than the expected amount, this will be planned and agreed with the client in advance. Usually, if the tour is planned correctly, and if our advice and guidance is taken, any additional expense is usually nominal. It is prudent to write to ladies in the area you plan to visit, or confirm early if the lady is willing to travel from her city to the tour city when you plan to visit.

In the unlikely even of a complaint after a tour, the complaint or claim for refund / partial refund must be sent to Romantic Adventures in writing, at the address below, within 30 days the date the tour completed. Any refund provided will be at the total discretion of the proprietor after considering any claim. The company will act fairly and at its discretion as to refunds. In general it will not be possible to provide any refunds because the margins for providing tour services and operating costs of the business are too tight. Any cancellation by the client whether voluntary or through factors outside the company control are non-refundable. When a tour is booked with us, often that precludes those dates being offered to other members so we do not offer refunds. After a tour a booked, a great deal of work is launched in order to plan and prepare the tour. Cancellation would require that work to be undone, and also it could cause considerable disapointment to ladies on our site resulting in cancellation of their future participation. No responsibility is accepted for expenses or loss during the client vacation including factors such as delay, aircraft re-route, schedule changes etc. Any refund which is offered by the company where the company has accepted responsibility for the problem is under the express understanding that the receipt of that refund waives any additional remedies. Payment for tour services shall be madein full 28 days or 56 days in advance to qualify for any discount. If you need to switch your tour dates an additional charge may be made to switch. Tour dates are subject to availability and it may not be possible to find a mutually agreeable switch date. The charge to switch could be around 20 or 30 percent of the tour price, effectively losing any discounts previously offered. Switching tour dates is at the total discretion of the company. Please ensure that you agree a preliminary tour date before booking any flights, and ensure the tour payment is made on time in the agreed manner. Any changes to tour dates is likely to cause significant extra work and inconvenience and it could have considerable knock on effects, such as ladies booking time of work, organising their travel for example, so switching could result in some ladies not being available who initially would have been available. Switching is subject to availability and at the company discretion. We do not provide refunds for switching or being unable to attend for any reason. The proprietor in his discretion may offer a discount on a later re booking if there were problems outside the members control. You can book your tour at any time of the year. Tour packages include a variety of services to suit most budgets/requirements.

We provide up to 30% discount for tours that are booked 28 or 56 days in advance. A loyalty bonus is also available for our longer term supporters. Payment can be made direct to our bank or by cheque, however please add clearance time to qualify for the discount.

All our tours are land only. The client is responsible for paying for and booking flights and accomodation. Romantic Adventures is not a travel agent. We do not book flights for clients. We can provide general information about flights, when to book and good cost effective airlines. Romantic Adventures cannot be held responsible for flight delays cancellations and baggage allowances and other potential problems with airlines. Flight costs are not included. Estimated cost of flight with British Airways is £120 each way plus tax. It is usually more expensive at short notice. We may be able to provide generic advice regarding flights. You are also advised to arrange travel insurance If you are delayed on your journey we will endeavour at our discretion to provide a flexible service to meet you whenever you arrive and rearrange any meetings if necessary and provide a service as good in quality as if you had not been delayed. Accommodation costs are not included. Average costs of accommodation is £40 to £80 per night. Hotel or appartment accomodation should be booked well in advance to ensure availabiltiy. Most of the time accomodation can be booked on arrival, however please book in advance to ensure availabiltiy. Whether you prefer an appartment or a hotel is a personal preference. We can help you book accomodation to ensure spaces are available. Romantic Adventures cannot be held responsible for any accommodation problems. Your standard of accommodation usually represents the amount you choose to pay, which can vary widely.

Independent contractors: The Company has no involvement apart from providing generic advice as to the client's transportation to the chosen destination. All services during the period of stay, transportation, accommodation are provided by independent contractors over which we exercise no control. The company makes no quarantines or warranties, express or implied regarding any such services.

All the our services are subject to availability of staff. Proportionate refunds may be made at the discretion of the company if specific services that we have said we will provide are not available for whatever reason. The amount of the refund will be at the discretion of the company. We endeavour to provide a friendly and fair service to all our clients. We have never had a complaint from any of our tour clients.

Please keep a back up copy of the i.d numbers of the ladies that you are communicating with and the letters that you write. When you write letters, it may be wise to draft the letter in a word document first, because long periods of inactivity on services could result in disconnection, and we do not want you to lose your work. Please cut and paste our recommended "first letter" to save you time. Please note that you should keep your membership details in a safe and secure place. Please memorize your password for your account security. You can change your password whenever you like.

Romantic Adventures provides the potential for dating, relationship development and marriage. We can not guarantee that you will succeed in finding a mutually interested lady who agrees to build a relationship with you. Success is usually a subjective matter which is in the clients control. It is up to the client and lady in question if a relationship will blossom. You are fully responsible for your interactions with our ladies. Any problems between you and the lady are out of the company's control. We reserve the right but have no obligation to monitor relations / problems between you. We reserve the right to cancel your membership or remove any lady from our website. It is a breach of our rules for you to send any lady any money, especially before you have met face to face. What you do after we have introduced you to a lady is entirely out of our control.

Information accuracy: Romantic Adventures has thousands of ladies on the website. We endeavour to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the information provided (education, qualifications, marital status, age etc). Romantic Adventures will remove ladies and inform clients if any doubts are raised as to the ladies credibility. Romantic Adventures cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the ladies profiles and content of letter communication information. We do not endorse the accuracy or reliability of information displayed, uploaded or distributed by our ladies, agencies or members. Reliance on any site information such as profiles, comments or testimonials is at your own risk. Textual information on this website is a matter of subjective opinion based on information at the time of writing. We recommend full additional objective and up to date research is carried out prior to any tour. We are not responsible for the conduct online or offline of our ladies or members. It is advisable to use caution and common sense using this site as required with any mode of relationship development. If a member has any doubts about a particular lady or is simply interested in finding our more information, we may interview and obtain actual evidence about her for a pre agreed fee. Romantic Adventures will act in a reasonable manner to ensure safe passage during your stay. Any actions by the client such as travel between cities, sampling night-life and other actions such as socializing are the sole responsibility of the client and outside the control of the company. We recommend visiting sophisticated venues such as upper market Hotels, restaurants or coffee shops. We strongly advise against frequenting night clubs frequented by the younger generation.

If you have any cause for complaint you should firstly phone Steve on 07980 545155. If the issue is not resolved by speaking to Steve then email your complaint to us at venture@asavantage.com and we will deal with the complaint promptly and reply to you as soon as we have investigated the matter. We will strive to resolve any complaint amicably.

The company is not responsible or liable for: injury to self or others, personal injury, property damage, property or other losses, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused either by reason or defect through the acts or default of any person contracted in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as direct acts of god, fire, breakdown, acts of government or other authorities de jour or de facto, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strike(s), riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, illness, HIV (AIDS), medical or custom regulations or from any other case beyond the company's control.

Entire agreement: In the event any paragraph of this agreement shall be declared invalid or void by any court, such declarations shall not invalidate the entire agreement and all other paragraphs of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree any claim or litigation shall be brought under the courts and laws of England. The limit of any damages shall be the amount the client paid the company for the services / trip provided, which is the subject matter of these terms and conditions of agreement and membership and tour pages. Prices for the goods and services on this site may be changed without notice and without explanation.

Cancellation: You can easily cancel your subscription at any time using your Worldpay login details that were provided to you by Worldpay when you made your first payment. Please keep your Worldpay information in a safe place so you can easily manage your subscription. You may terminate your membership at any time without notice and without reason. You must provide us with 31 days notice if you need us to administer the cancellation of your subscription on your behalf. If you require us to administer your cancellation through Worldpay we reserve the right to charge up to £40. You can cancel your subscription and stop using our services for any reason. The company may terminate your membership with or without reason. We reserve the right to ban you from any usage of our website and services. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the prices of our services as a whole or for individual members. We reserve the right not to disclose the reason for the termination of any membership. We will send you notice of termination by email. You will not be able to access or log in to your account if your membership is terminated. The main reason for termination is including direct or indirect contact details in profiles or letters. You are responsible for backing up on to your pc, any information that you do not wish to lose in the event of server malfunction. We may refund any payments you have made at our discretion but we may have to deduct reasonable costs or make an additional charge for services conducted or losses which we have incurred.

Site content and unauthorized use: Illegal or unauthorized users of this site including those who download any site content, pictures, profiles to be used elsewhere or not will be investigated and appropriate legal, civil, criminal action will be taken. The company has the right to delete content, messages, photos, and other content that violates this agreement or is in any way deemed by the company to be offensive, illegal or it may offend our ladies or members or the site users or threaten the safety of our ladies and members. The member is solely responsible for the content he up-loads and displays. We reserve the right to delete all information we hold and delete the accounts of members that have cancelled, or any account that has been inactive for over 90 days.

Charges and costs. It is free to view the ladies profiles and pictures and browse the site. However to have access to additional pictures and videos and to begin any communications with ladies and to utilize other benefits then full membership is required. See the membership page for up to date membership offers.

Privacy: use of the web site and other services remains private but to operate the site we may have to send your information through our internal control panel to be translated into Russian and then on to our staff and communicated by phone, text, or external email to the particular ladies. Your profile may be chosen for display on our English-Dating.com site, which is a normal world wide website available for the world to view if anyone randomly finds the site or they have the site address. Ladies register with us at english-dating.com and they answer their letters by logging in on that site. By up-loading your profile you consent to your data being sent to our staff, any contractors and third parties, as may be required / involved in the provision and operation of the services. All your personal data is strictly confidential outside of what is provided above. Worlpay information is strictly secured by Worldpay.

Company responsibilities: We will always do our best to maintain the full working order of our websites. We may at times need to temporarily suspend the service for operational reasons (e.g. repairs, planned maintenance, up grades) but we will restore the service as soon as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the service from time to time to improve the quality of the service. If for reasons outside of our control we cannot do what we have promised due to something beyond the company's control (including without limitation disputes involving our contractors or employees or internal or external web development teams) we will not be liable.

Agreement modifications: We may need to amend or alter our terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore you should check that the terms and conditions are acceptable to yourself on a monthly basis prior to your continued subscriptions. If you do not wish to continue with the service due to the amendments simply terminate your membership via Worldpay. If you continue to use the services on a monthly basis you will be deemed to have accepted the amendments and modifications. Any modifications to membership and prices will be easily visible in your control panal on the "pay in to account" page.

Limitation of Liability: In the absence of any negligence by us you use the site and the service at your own risk. If we breach any of the agreement we will not be responsible for any of your losses as a result except those losses that are reasonably foreseeable consequence of the breach. We have no liability including that of negligence for the acts omissions of server providers, other provider services and telecommunications or for faults of networks and associated equipment.

The web site and service is provided on a "as-is" basis which may change on a daily basis. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from the use of our dating site/service. We make no warranties, guarantees or representations as to the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of the service except that we will operate with reasonable skill and care as an online service provider and meetings arranger.

Criminal Record. If you have a criminal record then you must disclose this to us and to any lady in advance, before booking a tour or meeting ladies face to face. Under Data Protection Act 1998 anyone can ask for the record of their own convictions that are recorded on the Police National Computer (PNC), by filling in a form, providing identity documents and paying around £20. This can be done at a police station or by post. The result will be available within 40 days. For more information on PNC checks contact your local police station / police authority http://www.crb.gov.uk.

Currently Married If you are currently married then you must disclose this to us / to the lady before communicating or booking a tour or meeting ladies. You must disclose this if you are married, whether or not you are separated. This site is meant for persons who are single. If you are having any marital problems you should seek professional advice to resolve your marriage problems before using our services: Please go to citizens advice or find a marriage guidance councillor.

Payments to ASA Vantage. The preferred secure payment method is bank transfer or direct bank deposit. If payment is made by cheque, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and notify us of the date posted. Note, if you choose to visit Kiev ... for a shorter duration than stated above, our minimum price for arranging meetings is £795 with maximum advance payment discount (this excludes the potential loyalty bonus). Any discounts offered on the site are at the Company discretion. Discounts may not be offered where we do not receive payment 28 days (for 20% discount) or 56 days (additional 10% discount) before departure to Kiev. Members can also request that we apply a further discount called a loyalty bonus (if elligible). It is the members responsibility to request this. The loyalty bonus is 1% extra discount for every month of membeship to a maximum of 10%, which when added to the potential 20% or 30% advance payment discount amounts to up to 40% discount on tours. Our services are only available to full members (See membership page). Extra charges may apply on location dependant on the clients specific needs.

We strongly advise that you meet at least ten ladies on your tour and the more time you can commit to all your favourite ladies, the more chance you have of finding a suitable parnter.
