More Payment Options:
Online payments via our website are entirely secure, we use WorldPay. Our account I.D with Worldpay is 97626. Your payment, will be shown as payable to ASA Vantage, on the statement of the account you use.
If you want to pay "offline", then you will have to pay more up front (see next paragraph) because of the extra administration involved. We are more than happy to accept payment by cheque but please read on because this suggestion, may be more convenient for you. What you could do is set up a separate account with your bank just for use with our online services, that way you can just keep enough money in that account for "online" payments - watertight security is what we like too!
We are certain your card details are entirely secure with "WorldPay", even we do not get any access to your card information and none of your payment details at all are stored on our website. We do not even store your address on our site, nor can we get your card numbers from Worldpay even if we wanted to - ask them! To my understanding, if you set up a separate account, then this would be as close as possible to being watertight in terms of security and it should assuage all your concerns as long as setting up the additional bank account is not too inconvenient for you. All you would then need to do is pay so much in to the account to cover the amount being paid out.
The minimum offline membership payment is £300 pounds stirling. See offline payment methods below. When your payment is received, we will notify you (please ensure your full contact details are enclosed even if you have emailed them to us already). £300 will buy the RV £300 membership option, or it will buy the RV £40 subscription option for a period of eight months (slightly cheaper because of the upfront payment and we would not have to pay Worldpay their commission. Please see the membership page for full details.

Payment should be made directly into the ASA Vantage account (below) at any Barclays Bank, so that you can request a receipt at the counter.

If you have an online banking account, you could do an online transfer using the bank account number and sort code below. If you do not have an online banking account, some banks will do this for you if you phone them or go in to the branch.

Payments by post are the most unreliable so we recommend sending special delivery, or at least recorded delivery to our: i) administrative address, or to ii) our bank address. Please ensure our account number and sort code are written on the reverse of the cheque. Please allow at least 5 days for clearance at a bank, and longer if you post to the office.
Please take care that you get the account details correct because if make a mistake you would have to ask your own bank to do a trace on the money to get it back. We can not set up your account until we receive cleared funds.

Send Photo By Post
The photo, should be sent recorded delivery to the Derby address below. On the back of the photo, and the envelope, you should put your senders name and address, and your i.d number for this site. We will add whatever photos you send us to your control panel shortly after we receive them. If you provide a self addressed envelope, we will return the photos to you in your sae.
We would set up your desired account once your payment has been processed, and notify you as soon as it is active.
For any other payments, for example tour payments, please confirm the availability of your chosen dates with us first. Before making a payment, ensure you have contacted us so that we can watch out for the account credit.
