Dating talent is more about what you know, than who you know. Having a large circle of friends on facebook for example, does not mean you will find a date there. Many people try to use facebook for dating, but most people are failing, and revert to dating sites in the hope of getting better results.
A result, is better than no result at all, but what is the measurement of success, in your search for dating talent. My brother recently commented about a friend of his who joined one of the frontline UK sites. He said he has "shagged a couple of birds from....". I was taken by surprise and initially did not say much.
However, on a later occasion I enquired whether his mate had seen those girls again that he met from that site. He said "hes not seen them since". So what went wrong. He got that far, and then it led to nothing. That does not sound right does it? Maybe the girls were out for a one night stand, but also, maybe, he was just not what they were looking for - a key issue.
Put your self in the shoes of an attractive woman in the UK or USA. Look at the talent that they have to choose from. In terms of numbers, they have far more choice. So they can be very choosy, and wait.
A real stunner could wait for the guy who has his own business, and successful business at that. A guy that has a big detached, rather than the usual semi. A guy that can clearly afford to throw the dough around a bit more than the average factory bod.
In the UK it is common to hear of guys doing womans work, sharing all the jobs that a maid would usually do. If he did not do his share, then the woman would soon be on his back, and the guy would have two options. Go back to being single, or do the washing up...
So while the guy still does most of the work, chasing the lady for a date. He then usually pays for the meal and drinks, etc and also the engagement ring and wedding ring, and then does half the jobs the woman used to do, and then gives half his business and house, after living under the threat of being ditched, one does not have to think to hard about who has got the upper hand in most relationships in the UK...
Maybe I am exagerating. Women do have all the pain of childbirth, so that makes things equal doesnt it? Well I dont think so. I think it is time men had a bit more choice. Dating talent should not be for the rich few, it should also be for those who work hard and play hard.
I think it is your time to start having some fun. Be careful what you wish for. Do not doubt that most women on this site just want normal things in life, and most do not need the big car, big house, fat wallet. They are realistic.
